With this service, we will monitor your inbox and manage it based on the criteria you provide us. We will set up folders as appropriate in order to categorize these emails so you can easily find what you are looking for. If requested, we can respond on your behalf as directed, manage spam/advertisement emails and alert you of what is marked as high priority.
Calendar Management/Scheduling: Are you constantly interrupted by phone calls or emails requesting your time? Do you want to set up meetings, but do not want to break away from what you are currently working on? These small interruptions can make a big impact on your day. Calendar Management and Scheduling easily ties in with your Email Management service. If you receive a request via email, we can follow up on the specifics of the request, find a time on your calendar, get everything set up and even set up an alert so you are notified prior to meeting time.
